Your 12 Month Warranty starts from the date of purchase, detailed on the order confirmation or sales invoice. In the event that you need to raise a warranty claim, please reach out to us via eBay Message where we will advise the next steps. Our warranty covers all faults that would be covered by a manufacturer. We do not cover faults caused as a result of neglect, miss-use, accidental damage or standard wear and tear. We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day, providing your order has been received before 2pm. As soon as your order is placed with ourselves, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault over the phone, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind" if you are returning the item to us because it is faulty the return costs are covered (Within 30 days of receipt), repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer.
