This Belted Galloway beef 2 Bone Rib of Beef is a classic roasting beef joint. It’s ideal for special occassions, especially Christmas. Will feed 5-6. Belted Galloway is one of the traditional native beef breeds that Yew Tree Farm use. These animals have a fodder based diet including fell plants and grasses. The breed grows more slowly and therefore the taste of the beef they produce is delicious. The prime cuts are matured for 21 days to enhance texture and flavour. Grass fed beef has been shown to contain higher levels of beneficial omega 3 and other unsaturated fats and lower levels of saturated fat than grain fed beef. 2 Bone Rib - weights may vary
