Marsh Pig Bressola has wafer thin slices of rare breed beef marinated with rosemary, thyme, and juniper berry. It's then air dried for 12 weeks. The result - A rich, complex flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Serve with rocket, dressed with oil and fresh lemon juice and most importantly Parmesan shavings, fabulous!
