Its wonderful that we can offer you pretty much all of the Goosnargh Chickens that we sell ….. and of course, chicken livers do make the most wonderful rich paté or parfait….. there are many recipes available online. Another option is to cook them in a rich creamy sauce and serve them on toasted sourdough ……. mmmmmm!!
