This soaker hose by Draper is designed to be permanently in garden borders to irrigate plants as required. The Hose lies on or under the garden soil and water seeps through holes to irrigate the surrounding area. The hose comes supplied with two way coupling and two 1/2" hose connectors, one with a water stop.
