Uni (or, fresh sea urchin roe) is unlike anything else you’ll find in the ocean. Removed from its spiny shells, this soft, golden delicacy is seasonally sourced from America’s Pacific coast (the finest uni often comes from the waters off Santa Barbara, California). Our West Coast uni is rich and creamy, buttery and swirling with subtle sea flavors. This prized uni should be enjoyed raw or in cold preparations.
